Sleepy Hollow returns tonight, November 4, after a brief hiatus, with an all-new episode on Fox. 

Since the last new episode, Jill Marie Jones joined the cast, to play the ex-wife of Orlando Jones’ character (Sleepy Hollow‘s head of police); and Amandla Stenberg also joined the cast, to play teenage daughter to parents Jones. 

Both characters (Cynthia and Macey, mother and daughter) will be introduced during the November 25 episode of the series, which also co-stars Nicole Beharie and Tom Mison, and continues to increase its overall ratings with each episode.

Ahead of tonight’s return, Fox has released the first 8 minutes of tonight’s episode, which is embedded below.

When Ichabod Crane goes missing, his wife, Katrina, appears to Lt. Abbie Mills in a vision warning her that the Headless Horseman will return to Sleepy Hollow by nightfall. A frantic Abbie seeks help from the mysterious Henry Parrish (guest star John Noble), who holds vital clues about how Crane can vanquish his dangerous blood tie to Headless. Meanwhile, an encounter from Crane’s past weighs heavily on him, and details about his first meeting with Katrina are revealed in the all-new “The Sin Eater” episode of SLEEPY HOLLOW airing Monday, Nov. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
