Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta didn’t know if Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey’s friendship would ever recover after their major fallout while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. While Moore insisted it was a misunderstanding on Bailey’s part, Bailey felt Moore didn’t truly acknowledge any wrongdoing and vowed to demand reciprocity moving forward. Luckily, the two women spent some time together as guests at RHONJ star Teresa Giudice’s wedding and appear to be on the mend.

It’s the first time they saw each other since ‘Ultimate Girls Trip’

The two have not seen one another in nearly a year. Though Bailey said they’d had phone conversations, it was the first in-person meet up since things in their friendship grew tense. But Bailey says the meeting was a good one.

“I have to admit, it was good to see her. The thing with real friendships is no matter what happens in those friendships, when you see them again, you’re just like, ‘Oh my God, hi,’ like nothing ever happened,” Bailey recently told Page Six.

She continued: “It was just really good to see her, reconnect, find out what’s going on with her and update her on what’s going on with me.”

Cynthia says Kenya has been supportive since learning of her mother’s cancer diagnosis

Bailey recently revealed that her mother has been diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. Luckily through early detection, only a few treatments of radiation is needed and her mom is expected to make a full recovery. She let Moore know what was going on during their chat at the wedding and says Moore was the ultimate friend.

“Like any great friend, Kenya always shows up — especially when it’s important,” the Bailey Agency CEO adds. “So, it was good to see her and reconnect. We’re good again, for sure.”
