Drake is bringing out all the celebs to join him in celebrating his successful It Was All A Blur tour. The “Her Loss” artist has been partying with Saweetie, Anderson Paak and his father during his Los Angeles leg. The latest A-listers who were seen with the Toronto native were Malia and Sasha Obama.
On Tuesday, the three were photographed leaving the trendy nightclub The Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles, according to Daily Mail. The sisters looked radiant after a night on the dance floor. The 22-year-old Sasha wore a Black silk top showing off her pierced belly ring. She paired the top with baggy low-waist-green cargo pants and black sandals. Her 25-year-old sister Malia went for a more comfortable outfit—wearing a colorful sheer long-sleeve top, high-waisted pants and lug-soled boots.
The sisters left the party around 4 a.m. and hopped into a waiting car with their friends. To avoid further photos being taken of them, the Obamas shielded their faces. It’s cute to see the girls being able to party with someone they love musically and admire as an artist. Even their father, former U.S. president Barack Obama, has joked about the Drake fandom in his home.
In 2010, Drake admitted to Paper magazine that his dream was to play former President Barack Obama in a biopic.
“I hope somebody makes a movie about Obama’s life soon because I could play him. I watch all the addresses. Anytime I see him on TV, I don’t change the channel, I definitely pay attention and listen to the inflections of his voice,” Drake revealed.
Barack probably wouldn’t mind having the OVO artist play him on the big screen since he’s a fan of him himself.
“Drake has my household’s stamp of approval. I suspect Malia and Sasha would be just fine with it,” he said.
