Despite showing support for Donald Trump in the past year, Sexyy Red says she cast her vote for Kamala Harris. The rapper announced her endorsement on X, formerly X, as she posted a photo of herself bending over and showing off her “I Voted” sticker on her backside.

“I just voted!!! Don’t tell us what to do with our coochies!! #Kamala4President,” Sexyy Red wrote.

As Blavity reported, Sexyy Red faced backlash in March when she put together a MAGA-inspired concert while performing at Rolling Loud Los Angeles. She performed in front of a giant red hat that read “Make America Sexyy Again,” inspired by Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan.

In 2023, Sexyy Red gave Trump kudos when she appeared on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast. She also incorrectly credited him for stimulus checks.

“I like Trump,” she said on the podcast. “Yeah, they support him in the hood. At first, I don’t think people was f**king with him. They thought he was racist, saying little s**t against women. But once he started getting Black people out of jail and giving people that free money. Awe, baby, we love Trump. We need him back in office.”

In March, she applauded Harris for inviting a group of HBCU students for a private party at the White House, where Sexyy Red’s “SkeeYee” was played.

“She know somethin!!  I’m president next,” the St. Louis rapper wrote after seeing a video of the students listening to her song at the White House.

Then, in June, she backtracked her support of Trump, tweeting “I’m my own candidate I’m not endorsing anybody period.”

With just a few days left until Election Day, Sexyy Red joins Cardi B, LeBron James, and Jennifer Lopez as the latest celebrities to endorse Harris for president.
