The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, celebrated his 44th birthday on Wednesday. The rapper toasted to a new year at Mr. T, a Los Angeles restaurant, surrounded by friends and family. He was seen blowing out candles on a blue birthday cake, taking shots and thanking all attendees.

The Game also posted snapshots of a birthday photoshoot. He posed next to a red frosted birthday cake with written, “Happy Worst Day,” as a reference to the Notorious B.I.G.’s lyrics in “Juicy.”

The rapper also penned a heartfelt message to his daughter, California Dream.

“The highlight of my birthday was getting to celebrate it with you, California,” he wrote on Instagram. “You make life worth it. My days start and end with thoughts of you. My entire world. God gave me the perfect daughter.”

The rapper added that he is proud of her “on every level” and shared that his daughter styled him for his birthday. He also called her his best friend.
