Force Awakens just went to DVD, but Disney is back at it with a Rogue One teaser to let us all know that they can’t stop, won’t stop.
There has not been back to back Star Wars films in the history of the franchise’s existence. Somebody’s been listening to Drake. The great thing about this teaser, like most of everything this Disney/Lucasfilm partnership squad does when it comes to trailers is that you won’t feel like all the money shots are blown after you’re done watching.
We get in, we get a little story, we get some great looking shots, quick once overs of some major players, and we get out of there.

If not, you should be fully expecting a wave of rage tweets coming about this female lead. It would’ve been great for this one to be a PoC, but I’m no hater. Plus, I know you saw my boy Forrest Whitaker narrating part of the trailer with all black armor on – that’s his fresh code. There’s also a few characters that you recognized if you’re a huge Star Wars head, but we can get into those later. This additional story to the Star Wars universe will reportedly be in theaters December 16 of 2016.
