The View‘s Joy Behar has made her stance known about Donald Trump for years.
But according to Decider, she has doubled down on her feelings about the controversial former president during the panel’s recent discussion about the White House Correspondents Dinner on The View‘s latest episode.

“To make Washington laugh is hard,” said Behar, while giving it up to Biden for being able to make fun of himself.
2. "[Biden's] response to the material…when they were trashing him, or roasting him, rather, he was laughing his head off, which shows you that he's mentally stable. As opposed to, years ago, if you remember, when [former President Barack Obama] took a shot at--a joke--at Trump," Behar said.
She showed a photo comparing Trump’s upset face at the infamous 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner where Obama made fun of him, to Biden’s laughing one at the recent dinner.
“There’s the difference, you see: Biden is laughing at his low ratings, he’s laughing at old jokes, and Trump is ticked off and plotting his revenge. That’s the different between the two presidents,” Behar continued.
3. Ana Navarro agreed, saying Trump "boycotted" the dinner throughout his term "because…he can't laugh at himself. He has no ability to be self-deprecating."
The View doesn’t often have a moment when the entire panel agrees on politics, but when it comes to conservative panelists, the more controversial guests usually stir up the most conflict. This time, though, with Navarro back in the seat, everyone was on one accord about Trump’s personality and unwillingness to laugh at himself.
