These conversations aren't new, but they are important. "Dear Child," the impactful video above, was made by the Jubilee Project. It includes honest, candid conversations from black parents and young adults regarding the things that are always in the back of the minds of both. And although the group recognizes that a video isn't a solution to these issues, for them to share these honest words is a great step to starting a conversation and opening the eyes of many.
