A fan who was seriously injured at a Travis Scott concert in April has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for his multiple injuries.

The rapper, known for his wild live concerts, allegedly goaded fans into jumping from the upper balcony of New York City's Terminal 5 on April 30, according to Spin Magazine. Scott reportedly assured his fans that anyone who jumped would be OK, and that fans on the ground floor would catch them if they took a leap.

However, that was not the case for 23-year-old student Kyle Green, who was in the balcony that day.

“I fell and hit the floor," Green said in an interview with The New York Post. "Before I knew it, I was surrounded by security guards, who scooped me up … Travis Scott was yelling at his security guards to bring me to the stage. They didn’t put a backboard or a neck brace on me or anything, they just kinda lifted me up and pulled me around.”

Green says that he didn't jump from the balcony, but was pushed by fans who had been whipped into a manic frenzy.

Once the crew dropped the injured Green on the stage, Scott proceeded to give Green a ring. “I love you, kid,” Scott said to him and then asked, “Why the f*ck would you do that?”

After receiving the ring, Green waited for help. “I was in a lot of pain. I just laid there, and finally, an ambulance came.’’

Video posted from the concert backed up may of Green's claims. Twitter user Cloutless Chris' footage shows Green being taken away on a stretcher with what appears to be a cast around his neck.

Green had surgery for fractured vertebrae, a fractured right ankle, a broken left wrist and he remains paralyzed on his left side. He told the Post that he had to quit attending the Fashion Institute of Technology, and had to move back in with his family. He now relies on a wheelchair to get around.

“The emotional toll is just brutal,” Green said. “I was very independent, and now I depend on my family for almost everything."
