President Donald Trump's latest attack against a black public figure is a twofer. Newly minted Laker LeBron James and CNN's Don Lemon were next in line to be victimized by Trump's online harassment.

During the Friday, August 4 telecast of CNN Tonight, Trump insulted both men's intelligence in a tweet.

"Lebron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon," Trump wrote. "He made Lebron look smart, which isn’t easy to do. I like Mike!"

The tweet comes a few days after King James opened a public school in his hometown, Akron, Ohio. On the long list of black people who have ruffled Trump's feathers, James has been at the top. Last year, the basketball star called Trump a bum for criticizing Golden State Warriors player Steph Curry.

A year has passed, and the rivalry has only intensified. James has become an outspoken critic of the Trump administration for its controversial policies. Like James, Don Lemon has been on record calling out Trump's blatant lies.

This recent attack has been considered to be one rooted in racism, according to The Hill. Left-leaning Twitter users are sure of this. In their tweets defending James, they could not help but point out the racial under and overtones at play.

For as long as Trump is president, he will find a black person to attack.
