Some quickie TV casting news:

First, LisaGay Hamilton has booked a co-starring role in AMC’s drama pilot Line Of Sight, which hails from Jonathan Demme, and tells the story of a National Transportation Safety Board investigator who survives a mysterious plane crash that takes him on a challenging journey to find out what exactly caused the accident.

LisaGay Hamilton will play a character named Ruby Jensen, described as an NTSB rep who’s sent to investigate the crash.

Secondly, Meta Golding has landed a role in the new CW drama The Tomorrow People, an American remake of a British children’s science fiction television series, from Roger Price, which first ran between 1973 and 1979, and centers an apparently-normal children with special abilities that include psionic powers like telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation.

Golding has signed up to play a character that’s described as a sexy, intimidating new partner to the character played by the already cast Robbie Amell, the series lead character.
