Children crying or experiencing restlessness on flights usually happens, but this man was bothered by the child crying excessively. Another passenger on the flight captured video footage, which has since gone viral on social media.

 

TikToker @mjgrabowski recorded the footage and shared it to his TikTok page with the caption “Stuck in a holding pattern for weather, and an SWA passenger loses his mind over a baby” at the beginning of the video.

In the nearly four-minute clip, the unidentified passenger complained about how much he paid for the flight while the baby cried in the background.

“I paid for a ticket to have a comfortable flight, and that child has been crying for 40 minutes,” the disgruntled man said as several flight attendants surrounded him.

As he continued to exchange words and expletives with members of the flight crew, the man recording the video couldn’t help but laugh at the situation. He turned his phone to the section across from him where the passenger carried on about the child.

The man said he had headphones on and was asleep when the baby started crying. He then pleaded with flight attendants to quiet the baby down for the remainder of the flight.

“You’re yelling,” one flight attendant said to the man.

“So is the baby!” the angry passenger replied in the clip.

“OK, and you’re a man,” the male flight attendant told him.

The passenger yelled, “Did that motherf**ker pay extra to yell?” Then, he continued to use profanity and told the flight attendant to “shut up.”

The video amassed more than 177,000 views on the video-sharing platform.

TikTokers shared their thoughts on the man having a tantrum over the baby crying during the flight.

While many users found the passenger’s outburst hilarious, others sympathized with the man and admitted a child crying for a while could be unpleasant.

“40 mins of crying is exhausting 😳🥺,” a user said.

“I mean I flew from NYC to Brazil with a baby screaming. 😂😂Got you beat.. but I understand it’s not always controllable,” another responded.

According to TMZ, police escorted the man from the airport after the flight landed.
