NOTE: This doesn’t debut in the USA until September, but it’s already airing in the UK. The BBC has released 2 clips that are available for USA audiences. However, if you’re in the USA, and don’t want your experience spoiled, I suggest you completely avoid watching them. 

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way… having watched both clips, I can say that this season (even though only 4 episodes long) looks damn solid, and I’m looking forward to checking out the full series in 2 months, although I know some of you who are impatient, have found other ways to get access…

This is the season in which Idris Elba’s DCI John Luther meets his villainous equal – essentially his very own Professor Moriarty!
