Believe or not, I was hesitant to post this at first because it wasn't about BLACK CINEMA, but then I realized, why not? As if that has stopped me before. And what's wrong with some positivity?

Of course there will be some holier than thous with a stick up their you-know-whats bitching and moaning that it's not about BLACK CINEMA. It's not. But it's definitely all about black imagery in the media, which is what S & A is all about anyway.

So, in case you haven't seen it, or want to see it again, here's the First Lady, Michelle Obama, and two time Olympic Gold medalist Gabby Douglas, on The Tonight Show from Monday night.

And I have to admit, I'm still so impressed with what a remarkable, intelligent, confident and posed woman she is.

And Michelle ain't bad either.
