Are you a high school, college or trade school student? Well, the Shawn Carter Foundation, founded in 2003 by Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter and his mother Gloria Carter, is here to help!

According to the Shawn Carter Foundation's mission statement, its goal is "to help individuals facing socio-economic hardships further their education at post secondary institutions." On April 1, the Shawn Carter Foundation launched a new scholarship fund aimed at doing just that, according to TV One.
