Melody Rodgers has had her share of disagreements with the other ladies of Love and Marriage Huntsville, and you can always bet that her fans, coined as the Melometers, will come to her defense. In a recent episode, Melody and Stormi Steele got into a heated argument over Rodgers’ fans. Steele feels that Rodgers’ fans often take it too far trying to defend the Huntsville Queen Bee. Steele also feels Rodgers should interject, which Rodgers disagrees with, causing the women to come to an impasse at what was supposed to be a nice dinner.
1.
Did the Melometers go too far?
During a group dinner, Steele expressed that Rodgers’ fans take things too far and have put the cast members’ lives and businesses at stake. When Steele asked Rodgers how she feels about her fans’ actions, Rodgers responded, “How I feel is that they feel OK with they feel OK with their opinions.”
Steele tells the group about the situation where one of Rodgers’ fans came to her warehouse with her friend trying to get in and she recorded the interaction.

The other women agree with Steele. In her confessional, Destiny Payton says it’s crazy to her that Melody didn’t show any empathy for the situation after hearing Steele’s story. Chanita Foster, Rodgers’ friend, asks Steele what she wants Rodgers to do. Steele says she wants to know whether Rodgers agrees with people doing those types of things to harm them. Foster speaks up for Rodgers and makes it clear that she’s personally annoyed with the question because Rodgers shouldn’t be held responsible for her fans’ actions.
Latisha Scott reveals in her own confessional that Melody’s silence says enough, and says to the group that in life, if people don’t go on record and stand up for things change, it appears they are OK with the chaos.
