Imagine being at the On The Run II tour, and DJ Khaled takes the stage to announce that the show's headliners, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, will be awarding you a $100,000 scholarship. For Evans High School senior Keshawn Morgan, he didn't need to imagine the moment as on Wednesday night it became his reality.

While standing with the Boys and Girls Club of America, Morgan listened unexpectantly as Khaled began to announce that a scholarship would be given away.

“He don’t even know he’s about to get a scholarship from Beyoncé and Jay-Z,” Khaled told the crowd in a video taken of the moment. “So this is a surprise.”

In the video, Khaled began to name Morgan’s attributes, including the mystery scholarship receiver’s status as valedictorian and class president. Morgan’s friends turned in his direction while his eyes widened and his jaw dropped. Khaled said the person is also the president of the Spanish Honor Society, and all of Morgan’s friends jumped on him excitedly. Khaled finished the list of Morgan’s achievements, mentioning him being a member of the UNICEF Club. He then called Morgan by name, who couldn’t contain his joy.

“Oh my gosh,” Morgan said in the video. “I can’t even describe how I feel. It’s amazing… I want to be a lawyer, and I just can’t believe I won this.”

Morgan’s scholarship is one of 11 that Beyoncé and Jay-Z will award during their tour, the New York Daily News reports. The Boys and Girls Club of America will choose one senior to receive the award based on their academic achievements in San Diego, Santa Clara, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Arlington, Miami, Houston, New Orleans, Seattle and Phoenix.
