Tea slowly began pouring in July after Azealia Banks accused the Wild N' Out cast of colorism following her appearance on the popular MTV show.
In July, the "212" rapper aired her indignations with the show's comedians in a series of Instagram stories where she said she was the subject of "pre-planned colorist jokes" during the taping.
"If I were to make fun of Nick Cannon for having lupus and being weak and sickly … if I made a joke that said he'd be dead by the end of the year … Then Azealia Banks is the bad guy … Right?" Banks wrote.
Cannon responded by screenshotting the 27-year-old's post and seemingly referencing Banks' reputation for verbally attacking celebrities such as Cardi B and Nicki Minaj without provocation.
"Don’t you hate when you create your own storms but forget your umbrella??? ????????♂️ @azealiabanks We are praying for you Queen ???????? #speedyrecovery #Healing She #Wildnout for real ???? ???? #Karma," Cannon wrote in an Instagram post.
Banks also canceled an album she'd been planning to release shortly after the incident.
The buzzed about episode airs on Friday, but TMZ has obtained footage of the joke Banks said left her in tears and caused things to take a turn for the worse. Watch the clip below:
