From director Malcolm D. Lee (The Best Man, Roll Bounce, Undercover Brother) comes Scary Movie 5, which will see several real-life *troubled* celebs make fun of themselves (like Katt Williams, Lindsay Lohan, Mike Tyson, Heather Locklear and Charlie Sheen) in a continuation of the popular spoof franchise.

Malcolm D. Lee directed Scary Movie 5 from a script penned by David Zucker, who wrote and directed the last 2 installments of the franchise.

Zucker and Lee are producers for Dimension Films.

This will be Lee’s first film since 2008, and, which, as the trailers we’ve seen have shown, looks to be loaded with spoofs of several past movies, some reality TV shows, as well real-life characters lampooning themselves.

I can’t say I’ll be rushing out to see this. Let’s hope they put the franchise to bed after this one; although I’m sure it has its audience.
