Kanye West's presidential meetings aren't limited to the States. The Chicago bred rapper reportedly took a trip to meet with Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni during a visit to the African nation. His wife, Kim Kardashian, was by his side as he gifted the 74-year-old official with a pair of his Yeezy shoes.

Museveni is said to be appreciative of the visit and described their conversations as "fruitful." The meeting was reportedly centered around promoting tourism and arts in Uganda. West is recording for his upcoming album, Yandhi, and previously spoke of wanting to finish the project in Africa. As off the wall as some of his rhetoric has been these days, he stuck true to his word, even livestreaming himself recording under a tent in a Ugandan park.

The project is set to release on November 23, nearly two months after his original September 29 release date. The way Ye has been moving lately, it's hard to tell who's anticipating the album release anyway.
